About Me

Mental Health care is not just a job for me. It is a passion that I have been nurturing since before I even started practicing. I was a mental health advocate much before I was a counseling psychologist and I will always be both. Addressing and tackling mental health stigma for those suffering and promoting mental wellness for prevention and maintenance is what I, as a responsible member of this society and a psychology professional, staunchly uphold.

What I Have Done

I have helped multiple clients with their issues over time (and basked in their recoveries). I have worked at The LGBTQ Center Orange County to gain insight into diverse perspectives and experiences. Being a mental health advocate and coach, I also spread awareness through social media to reach as many people as I can.

How I Can Help

Since I have been trained in multiple approaches, it has helped me cater to an extensive clientele by serving each with an approach that best fits them. Each individual requires a tailor-made, unique and eclectic therapeutic technique that alleviates their suffering– given that their experiences have been as unique as their fingerprints. With adequate proficiency, skills, patience and empathy– I believe it is possible to empower people and steer them towards healthy coping habits and ultimately, a healthy and nurturing life.
