Terms and Conditions
The sessions are non refundable and can only be rescheduled with a 24 hour notice to the therapist.
Emergencies happen, in case of extreme sickness, death/ important and unavoidable events in family happen and the client is unable to attend with prior notice which can be under 24 hours to the therapist. One session can be rescheduled as courtesy.
In case you are unable to attend the session. The therapist will not be rescheduling the appointment as they are being paid for their time whether or not you attend the session.
The therapist will wait for 10 mins of the allotted time and if the client does not show up. The session stands completed.
The therapist holds the right to reschedule in case of emergencies, refer the client to another therapist in case the therapeutic relationship isn’t working with proper notice.
the client’s right have been explained under user consent, that the client agrees to when they book a session.

If the client has a bad internet connection, the therapist will try to connect for 10 mins, if connectivity cannot be established the session would stand completed.
